  • Has trained over 500 clients.

Hua Hu is one of the founders and head of technical development of One Body Personal Training. Having been passionate about training from 14 years of age, to training his first client at 19 years of age, he has transformed the lives of countless people through health and fitness training working around the busy lives of high net worth individuals, busy executives to professional and semi-professional athletes. He has learned from many of the best coaches in the world in the field of sports nutrition, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, behavioural change, hormones and human physiology, powerlifting and business and has learnt to apply it effectively and tailored to each individual he coaches.

Training History:

I have been training for over 5 years. As a competitive powerlifter, i have represented Australia multiple times at the International level, winning the open division at the Asia Pacific Championship, Ocean championship, also hold deadlift record in the u53 category.

Coaching:

More than just an athlete, I have been coaching powerlifting since 2020. (Specialize in calisthenics and strength coaching including programing, nutrition advice.) Im experienced in coaching complete beginners to becoming athletes at competition level.

Experience

Jerome has numerous training experiences of himself for 6 years and other people for 4 years. What you are going to experience inside and outside gym during your fitness journey, Jerome has been through them himself and guided others through. He has helped hundreds of clients to make their transformation of their body shapes and lifestyles.

Specialities

Jerome has a thorough understanding towards human biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. His knowledge is extremely applicable in terms of rehabilitation and helping you to achieve your aesthetics and performance goals in the gym.
