Although most trainers sell their time, we sell results. At our initial consultation, we will find out your needs and plan a program to successfully achieve your goals. However, most clients will spend between $2600 and $5200 over a 12 week period.
This will depend on your goals and your lifestyle. For most people 2-4 days a week of training in conjunction with goal specific dieting will yield results.
This will range for most people. If you've been compliant with your training and dieting, physical results may be visible within the first 4-6 weeks. Intangible results like higher energy levels, better quality of sleep and mood can be seen in 2-3 weeks.
