Once we’ve sorted all that, it’s time to start your strength journey! Our experienced powerlifting coaches will work with you in our highly exclusive personal training studio, monitoring your progress and adjusting your programme as needed. We’ll also do regular check-ins to keep you on track if you’re training for a powerlifting or strongman competition.
