How we Work
One Body Personal Training runs a highly exclusive training studio. This allows us to know you personally, understanding your motivations, tolerance levels and downright what makes you ‘tick’. This intimate service means that we only accept a limited number of clients at a time, typically one-to-one or small group training sessions.
Once you’re inside our facility, you’ll have access to top-of-the-range training equipment, and the latest in functional training. We also have an InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer to help assess your starting point, and to accurately measure your progress throughout.
Lastly, we typically give clients a minimum of 12 weeks on our programmes, as we believe real change takes time.
